THE KANSAS HOP COMPANY is a joint venture between Clyde Sylvester, Nick Feightner & Ryan triggs. We started in 2015 with a forgotteN field NEAR Ottawa, ks and a desire to offer a local ingredient to craft brewers throughout the midwest.

We quickly realized that just being local wasn't good enough. we now strive to offer the freshest high quality hops on the market. That means drying our hops without adding heat to retain all of the volatile resins and essential oils inside the cones for a better tasting brew. We caN deliver wet hops within an hour of harvesting and can go from bine to pellet in 24 HOURS. local craft beer doesn't get any fresher than that!!!
